Asha Projects is a registered charity run for and by South Asian women. We support women who are experiencing domestic abuse and sexual violence.   The organisation can be contacted through the details on the website. The charity processes “personal data” and/or “special category data” (as defined in data protection legislation) in the provision of contracted services and/or in it’s administration.  All data are held securely and for as long as they relate to the reasons for collection and/or if there is a statutory retention period.   Security of data and confidentiality are very important to us to protect everyone involved in our services.

Data may be shared with third parties as part of our contracted services, for our administration and/or if we are required by law to do so.  We cannot accept any liability for any processing conducted by a third party outside our remit.

As part of our compliance, we have conducted a cookie audit on our website.  Cookies are internet files used by the system to view websites and their content.  We utilise analytical cookies to help us monitor and develop our site.  We do not utilise cookies on our website.
